LIC. NARNO ENOC ROSAS
Graduated from the Iberoamerican University of the city of Puebla, he has a Master's Degree in Constitutional Law and Amparo from the Universidad Cristobal Colon of Veracruz, a Master's Degree in Constitutional Law from the University of Granada, Spain and PhD studies at the same university.
He was a litigating lawyer for the firms "Gómez Castaños and Gómez Nájera Abogados", "Rivadeneira, Treviño and de Campo, S.C." and "López Gachuz & Asociados".
He is Professor at the Free School of Law of Veracruz and the Association of Jesuit Universities of Latin America through the Universidad Iberoamericana de Puebla.
